  • Where are you located?

    Trillium PT is located at 3031 Orleans St, Suite 101 of the Sunset Professional Building, next to the WECU, across from the Lowe's Parking lot.

    Suite 101 is the first door on your left when you walk in the building.

  • What can I expect from my first appointment?

    When you arrive at Suite 101, have a seat in the waiting room. Trillium PT shares the suite with other professionals and does not have any reception staff. Katy will try to meet you in the waiting area at the time of the appt, but if she is not there, she will come out shortly!

    Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Depending on the needs of evaluating your condition, Trillium has gowns that can be worn if needed.

    You will be evaluated on mobility, strength, and function. Depending on your needs, manual intervention such as joint mobilizations, massage, myofascial release, manual lymph drainage, or stretching may be used, combined with exercise prescription.

  • My appointment reminder says it is with Anna Smith. I thought I was seeing Katy?

    They are the same! Katy goes by her middle name and Anna first name. The booking website requires she use her first name. Don't worry, she responds to both names.

  • What insurances are you contracted with?

    Trillium Physical Therapy is in-network with with many insurances, including: Kaiser Permanente,Premera, Cigna, Lifewise (with the exception of the Alpine plan), First Choice Health Network, Medicare, Anthem, BlueCross BlueShield, Healthcare Management Administrators (HMA), Regence, Regence Group Administrators (RGA), and Regence Uniform Medical. We also process all PIP claims. For all other insurances, Trillium Physical Therapy is considered out-of-network. In this case, you will pay at the time of service and may receive a superbill upon request to submit to insurance for direct reimbursement based on your plan. Please call the number on the back of your ID card to see what type of out-of-network reimbursement might be available for you.

    Please know that a benefits check is provided as a courtesy to each scheduled patient upon request, and an estimate of covered services. Benefit verification is the responsibility of the patient, as benefit details may change at the time of service. To find out exact benefits, please call the number on the back of your card.

  • I don't see my insurance. Can I still go to Trillium Physical Therapy?

    Trillium Physical Therapy may be in the process of credentialing with other insurances and will update the website when new contracts are obtained.

    Out of pocket rates for Trillium Physical Therapy depends on the appointment type. Rates are $150 for initial evaluations and hour long follow ups for lymphedema treatment. Shorter follow ups of approximately 40 mins are available for $100.

  • Do you offer biofeedback for pelvic floor?

    Yes. Trillium Physical Therapy has a surface electromyography (sEMG) unit. sEMG is a non-invasive technique that uses electrodes on the skin to measure muscle activity and provide visual biofeedback. It is sometimes used to assist with evaluating/training pelvic floor coordination.
